Job Description:
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team as the primary recruiting partner for an assigned business line or functional area. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for full-cycle recruiting efforts, working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners from requisition intake through offer and hire. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary recruiter for assigned business lines or functions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to conduct intake meetings and define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
- Post job requisitions and proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
- Facilitate interview feedback, candidate selection, and requisition reviews.
- Partner with HR to prepare, extend, and manage employment offers.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with established procedures and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering and/or supply chain roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (Taleo preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, action-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
